Privacy Policy

This policy covers olny.tech and the services described on it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

01

What this site collects

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not embed third-party trackers. Nothing on the marketing site profiles you.

The live infrastructure figures shown on the site are aggregate counts fetched from our own control plane. That request carries no information about you beyond what any HTTP request carries.

02

What we collect when you contact us

If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off.

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

03

Client data

Where we host or manage systems for a client, we process the data on those systems on that client’s instructions and under a separate agreement. We do not use client data for any purpose of our own.

Access is limited to the engineers who need it, over authenticated channels, and is logged.

04

Server logs and backups

Servers we operate keep access and error logs containing IP addresses, for security and diagnostics. Retention is limited and logs are rotated.

Backups are encrypted at rest and retained on a schedule agreed with each client. Deleted data disappears from backups as those backups age out.

05

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and you will get an answer from a person.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the relevant supervisory authority in [jurisdiction].
