Inside

Four things that make the difference.

01

The time machine

See the chart up to a given day and play it forward candle by candle. At the end you get every dollar broken down: what the move made you, what went to spread, fees and interest, and what simply holding would have done.

02

7 real scenarios

COVID in 2020, the dot-com bubble, GameStop, Bitcoin at the top, the LUNA collapse, the day the Swiss franc was unpegged, and Brexit.

03

24 lessons

14 lessons for complete beginners and 10 for traders who are already losing: costs you do not see, stops that do not fill, and backtests that lie.

04

5 calculators

Options, leverage and margin calls, what trading costs you in a year, position size, and how much you need to make back after a loss.

Questions

What people ask us.

Is ATMOL investment advice?

No. ATMOL is a learning and simulation site. It does not recommend securities and does not manage money.

Where does the simulator data come from?

The candles are real historical prices, and the maths includes spread, commission and overnight interest, as a broker would charge.

Do I need to sign up?

No. The lessons and the time machine are open without an account, and you can create one with email or Google.

Who built ATMOL?

OLNY, an Israeli software company, which builds the site and runs it on its own servers.

Behind the product

Built and run by OLNY.

The same team writes the code, runs the servers the product lives on, and picks up the phone when something breaks. It is also what we do for clients: custom development, hosting and server management.
