Terms of Service

The content of this site is provided for information. Figures shown for uptime, latency and capacity describe our own infrastructure and are not a commitment to any particular client system, which is governed by the service level agreement.

We may change the content of this site at any time.

Work begins from a written proposal that sets out the scope, the schedule, the price and what is explicitly excluded. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or a fixed price.

Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are worked on.

Unless a proposal states otherwise, code we write for you is yours on delivery, in your own repository, with no licence required from us to use, modify or move it.

We keep the right to reuse general techniques, patterns and non-client-specific tooling. We do not reuse your business logic.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content and data you place on systems we host, and for holding the rights to it.

You will keep your own access credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

We are liable for direct loss caused by our negligence, capped at the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the event, as set out in the applicable agreement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data where a working backup was available and not used.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either side may end an ongoing service with the notice period stated in the agreement.

On termination you receive a working export: data, configuration and deployment scripts. We do not charge a fee for leaving, and we do not withhold access to your systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction.
