Before
A long-established maker of aluminium gates, fences, railings and pergolas, with a site that did not say what it can actually do. The whole audience reads Hebrew, and much of it arrives on a phone.
What we built
Hebrew-first, which is a typographic problem before it is a translation problem: line breaking, numerals inside sentences and mixed-direction text all behave differently and have to be handled deliberately.
- A static Hebrew site, designed right to left from the start rather than translated.
- A visual language from shop drawings: dimension lines with real numbers over the client’s photos, and ruled tables instead of cards.
- Figures set in a monospace face, so a dimension like 4,200 mm reads the way it does on a drawing.
